Fan art of characters from media - AKA people or characters MOVIES/VIDEO GAMES/SHOWS. NOT fan art of other people's characters unless given written consent and it is shown to me.

Furries / Animals - Cartoon characters, fursonas, anthros, ferals etc.

Humans / Monsters - Aliens, Monsters, dolls, HUMANOIDS!

Stylized gore / horror movie stuff - Candy gore, pastel gore, moderate body horror is okay too :)

Substance usage - I will draw your oc with a bong. I will draw your character drinking. Do not be scared <3

Tasteful nudity / lewd pieces - ADULT CHARACTERS ONLY. NO FERAL ALLOWED. YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED WITHOUT WARNING IF YOU ASK.

Semi-Detailed backgrounds are okay! They will just be extra. - Major props and little details obviously are not included unless you are really passionate about that piece being fly as fuck (which i respect, it will just be extra as well my dear)

Extreme nudity/sexual scenes - Self explanatory. No fetishes, no "non-sexual fetishes".

Minors / AGED UP CHARACTERS in ANY sexual or suggestive scenario. - SELF EXPLANATORY. You will be blacklisted without warning.

Offensive material - Hate speech, bullying, anything like that is not tolerated.

Anything for AI/NFT usage. - ⦁ I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

NFT usage is strictly forbidden. You will be blacklisted

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.

You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only. You may not claim my work as your own.

You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).

You are NOT use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission. NO USAGE OF AI IS ALLOWED ON MY WORK, YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED

You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.” I make bases and YCHs. free and buyable. I'd rather do a request for you than have you trace my work, but that's me being nice about it. please don't :(

Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for a commission (a ‘slot’) is not tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded comments on my profile, as well as private messages. I reserve the right to place anyone on the blacklist over harassment.

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents and will be kept up to date.

These clients are permitted to include signatures and/or watermarks indicating the Artwork is my intellectual property. Credit in some form is required. it means do not remove any watermarks I have placed in the image, that's like me taking your shoes before you go outside.

I accept payment in USD via CASHAPP / PAYPAL / KOFI only! Please provide your email to your PayPal for invoices.

Payment is in USD only and required upfront after discussion and agreement on your commission. Progress will not begin until the payment is sent in full.

FULL Refunds will not be available after the sketching stage, as I have a system that I go by, and being an adult artist is making me BROKE (utilities/ bills, etc... Refunds are partial once the work begins, and once that work begins that's my labor)

If for whatever reason during your commission, it is canceled on MY END, then you will be given a refund in FULL regardless of situation.

Base prices are non-negotiable (exceptions: holiday sales; new options yk)

Details of your commission MUST be discussed before payment is sent to properly determine the price. If I am given no direction for your commission prior to payment, I will assume artistic liberty.

I offer check-ins during the sketch phase to discuss any changes if needed, or what direction to pursue in the commission when moving forward. I offer up to 3 changes free of charge, anything more will cost an additional fee +5$

Any design elements I miss will be free of charge because if I miss like, an eye color or a necklace or some shit that won't be on you no worries. Please note all or as many changes/corrections at once if possible to maximize progress on your commission!

Any characters that will need partially designed or fully designed by me will result in extra fees. Please bring as many FLAT COLOR reference images that you have of your character. Any images for outfit references or mood boards for a piece's aesthetic is okay! <3

If you are curious about my progress on your commission, you may contact me! Don't be afraid to check in every once in a while, just keep in mind I will most likely have another job taking up my time, or chronic pain :')

KEEP NOTED: The time I spend on my personal projects/pieces is separate than the time I put in for my commissioned art. If you see me popping out doodles inbetween working that's the art block I'm fighting, I haven't forgotten you <3

Please understand that art is a luxury, not a necessity. If you are unable to afford what I am selling, and it bothers you, that is not my problem. My problem is sciatica
